Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations.
  • Develop and customize applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
  • Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
  • Perform testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

  • ServiceNow development/configuration
  • ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
  • JavaScript / Glide scripting
  • Workflows / Flow Designer
