Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Software Design Engineer (UX/UI) to lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of design thinking, technical understanding, and user-centric problem solving to deliver scalable, intuitive, and high-impact digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery, research, and ideation to high-fidelity design and delivery.
- Design and optimize complex B2B workflows, particularly in logistics, data privacy, or enterprise platforms.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems (components, tokens, and documentation) to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing (interviews, heuristics, analytics) to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences with measurable outcomes (efficiency, adoption, reduced errors).
- Define and track product success metrics, leveraging data to iterate and improve designs.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Support design-to-development handoff, conduct design QA, and ensure implementation quality.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS applications
- Proven experience in design systems (Figma, tokens, component libraries)
- Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS, Vue.js context preferred)
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle complex workflows and multi-role systems
Tools & Technologies
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Token Studio
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise SaaS products in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Data Privacy
- Experience designing multimodal workflows (Air, Sea, Land, Rail)
- Exposure to data governance, access control systems, or compliance platforms
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
