Requirements
- Experience: At least 15 years in IT, including a minimum of 10 years of combined experience as a Consultant, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Methodologies: Proficient in managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile SDLC frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background in software development and IT operations.
- Communication: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and product eams.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactiveness: A proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues promptly.
- Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
Manage IT programs spanning multiple departments and systems, ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Proficient in verifying data models and utilizing SQL for data querying.
- Familiarity with integration mechanisms,including SAP, SingPass, Microsoft Active Directory, and messaging services such as Verloop and Twilio.
- Capable of managing IT tools like AWS, Akamai, and CyberArk.
- RPA skills are considered a plus.
Healthcare Domain Experience:
- Prior experience in healthcare services is highly valued, including exposure to systems like EMR, HIS, and HL7 EAI.
Analysis & Consulting Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to align stakeholder expectations.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, modelling, and documentation.
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Experience in testing and quality assurance.
