Key Responsibilities
- Automation Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver (Java, Python, or C#).
- Framework Architecture: Build and enhance automation frameworks (Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, or Hybrid) to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Strategy & Planning: Create comprehensive Test Plans and Strategy documents for complex features.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the DevOps pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) for continuous testing.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of QA engineers, performing code reviews of automation scripts and providing technical guidance.
- Bug Lifecycle Management: Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in Selenium: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Grid.
- Coding Proficiency: Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- API Testing: Solid experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- SQL Mastery: Ability to write complex queries for database validation and back-end testing.
- Performance Awareness: Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a major plus.
- Agile Mindset: Deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
