Manage the acquisition and development of software systems, including ERP systems, in organisational units.
Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement.
Responsible as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the Solutions align with financial and operational goals.
Lead requirement gathering, system design, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and deployment activities.
Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
Oversee the development of the Solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution within SLA targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams within the organisation to resolve complex issues.
Oversee the development and maintenance of user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
Oversee the conduct of training sessions for end-users and support teams.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology /Programming & Systems Analysis.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years as Software and Applications Manager/Lead.
Proven working experience with ERP integrated applications.
Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) environments.
