Job Description

We are looking for a motivated ICT Engineer / Software Developer to join our team and support the development, maintenance and enhancement of our healthcare technology solutions.

The role will focus on software development, application maintenance, troubleshooting and Machine Learning / AI initiatives. You will also be involved in supporting MAP (Middleware Adapter Platform), our integration platform that connects different healthcare systems, machines and applications.

This is a good opportunity for a fresh graduate who wants to gain practical experience across software development, system integration, application support and AI/ML.
ey Responsibilities

Support the development, enhancement and maintenance of software applications and integration solutions.
Assist in the maintenance and support of MAP, including monitoring system performance and resolving application issues.
Troubleshoot and investigate software, integration and system-related issues.
Analyse incident reports, identify possible causes and assist with resolution and preventive measures.
Develop and maintain scripts, tools and utilities to improve system monitoring, troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
Assist in system integration, testing and deployment activities.
Work with engineers, developers and project teams to implement new features and improvements.
Support Machine Learning / AI initiatives, including data preparation, model testing, automation and proof-of-concept development.
Document technical issues, solutions, configurations and system changes.
Participate in customer-site support and troubleshooting when required.
Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas to improve our products and processes.
Contract position with potential conversion to a full-time role for suitable candidates who enjoy the work and perform well.

Requirements

ITE/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript or similar.
Basic understanding of databases, APIs, system integration and software development concepts.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and automation.
Willingness to learn and work on both development and production support.
Able to work independently as well as with a team.
Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
