Job Summary

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable IT solutions, leveraging expertise in .NET, J2EE, and Salesforce Service Cloud to drive technology modernization and integration aligned with customer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project development life cycles (SDLC) to deliver robust IT solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that support cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, legacy system modernization, and SG Tech Stack alignment.
• Design and implement .NET and/or J2EE applications with strong data modeling and SQL skills to ensure efficient data management.
• Develop server-side .NET and/or Java components, applying Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles for scalable web services and public-facing e-services.
• Architect and maintain system designs focusing on performance tuning, prototyping, and ongoing system maintenance to optimize solution reliability.
• Develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using OmniStudio, Apex, and Salesforce Platform APIs to enhance customer service workflows and case management.
• Integrate third-party systems via APIs, web services, or middleware platforms to enable seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications and solution designs to guide development teams.
• Apply strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to propose innovative, effective solutions that address client challenges.
