Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, application engineers, and technical staff.
Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications and software solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure software projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Manage the integration of applications with internal and external systems, APIs, and third-party tools.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Coordinate with IT, DevOps, and QA teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance productivity and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on project status, system health, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 8-12 years in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Proven experience managing multiple software projects and development teams.
Strong technical expertise in software architecture, application development, and integration.
Hands-on experience with programming languages, frameworks, and platforms relevant to the company's tech stack.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with enterprise application management, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics tools is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to strategize, plan, and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
