About the role

As a Post-Sales Executive (Enterprise Software) with my client on Enterprise Software and Cloud Services, you will play a crucial role in presenting and demonstrating our cutting-edge enterprise software solutions to prospective clients. Based in the vibrant Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region, this full-time position will see you working closely with our sales team to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and secure new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Facilitate a smooth handoff from the sales team and guide clients through the onboarding process, including initial setup, configuration, and training to ensure rapid time-to-value.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction to proactively address risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure clients are maximizing the value of the software and cloud services.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams (e.g., product development, technical support) to ensure timely resolution of issues and seamless integration of feedback.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing contracts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to grow the account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align post-sales strategies with overall business goals and contribute to the development of account plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and account health metrics within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies in the enterprise software and cloud space.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role within the enterprise software industry
  • Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is required.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies is required.
  • Exposure to Cloud and or Container technologies is a plus.
  • Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus.
  • Must be ambitious, competitive, energetic should be a results-oriented team player.
  • Microsoft / Citrix / VMWare certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, including their architecture, features, and integration capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and addressing client needs, leading to new business opportunities
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
