We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Soft Furnishing Stylist to join our team. This role involves guiding homeowners through their fabric selection process, providing excellent service from enquiry to after-sales, and ensuring smooth coordination of each project.
You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right fabrics for their homes while handling the sales process, project scheduling, and follow-ups. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy interacting with people, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, we'd love to have you on board!
Engage with customers via phone, text, chat, and in person to guide them through fabric selection and the sales process
Schedule and attend appointments with homeowners to assist in choosing fabrics
Prepare and issue accurate quotations and collect deposits/balance payments
Coordinate project timelines, including site measurements, fabric ordering, and installation
Maintain accurate fabric checklists, stock records, and daily sales reports
Address customer servicing or defect requests and arrange follow-up actions with the installation team
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
.Organized and able to handle multiple projects at a time
.Customer-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
.Prior experience in sales, customer service, or interior-related industries is an advantage (but not required)
.Able to start work immediately is preferred
