Manage cases from intake to closure, maintaining clear review cadence and next-step plans.
Conduct assessments and case formulations deliver trauma-informed interventions including child check-ins, caregiver engagement, school liaison, and referrals.
Build consistent, trusting relationships with children and their caregivers, when possible, and connect children to safe adults in their environment.
Maintain documentation to standards participate in supervision and quarterly file audits.
Develop partnerships and coordinate with schools, FSCs, and community partners to support children development.
Prepare referrals and follow through until handover is stable.
Participate in case conferences and network meetings translate decisions into action plans.
Maintain vigilance for safety concerns document and escalate per internal protocols.
Support safety planning and risk management under supervisor's direction.
Look out for children with complex needs during onsite duty, building trusting relationships with the children and their caregivers, while collaborating with the team onsite to empower the child.
Contribute to team learning sessions and assist with 3Pumpkins projects and events as needed.
A degree or graduate diploma in Social Work.
At least 2 years post-qualification casework experience, preferably with children and families.
Registered Social Worker preferred.
Strong relational skills and commitment to trauma-informed, child-centric practice.
Familiarity with Singapore's child welfare landscape (SSAs, schools, FSCs).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Community-based work at Lengkok Bahru with 6 months training at Boon Lay
40-hour work week, including Saturdays (on rotation)
Once a week onsite duties 12-9pm
Mandatory 1-week leave block post school term holidays
