SOCIAL WORKER

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Social Workers to provide high-quality support and interventions for individuals and families across our service locations. You will play a key role in empowering communities, advocating for clients, and contributing to the development of best practices and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver casework, counselling, and intervention planning to meet client needs
• Advocate for families in collaboration with partner agencies and stakeholders
• Plan and facilitate group programmes to strengthen community engagement
• Contribute to policy development, service improvement initiatives, and professional practice standards

Requirements:

• Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work (For SASW Registration)
• Strong collaboration, networking, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable, tech-savvy, and committed to social justice principles
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
