Job Title: Social Worker / Counsellor
Location: North-East Region
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients with varying levels of needs, risks, and safety concerns through comprehensive casework interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes in case planning and implementation.
- Participate in or lead group work programmes targeting specific client populations or stakeholders, including partner agencies.
- Contribute to community development initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance outreach and service effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director, Director, or Management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Degree, Graduate Diploma, or Master's in Social Work or Counselling.
- Strong report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
