Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and manage intake processes. Prepare case recordings and social reports, ensuring documentation and databases are maintained and updated. Assist in planning and facilitating workshops for families and community outreach activities. Perform administrative tasks related to casework and programme operations, including data collection and analysis. Manage the planning and execution of activities led by volunteers.

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline. Preferred relevant experience in social services, community and family work, case management, and volunteer management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse client groups. Empathetic, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive approach when working with individuals and families. Strong organisational, critical thinking, and time management skills.
