We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can think commercially, act analytically, and execute with clarity. This role owns the strategy, planning, and performance of our social media presence across multiple markets and business verticals.
This is not a posting role - this is a growth and demand-generation role.
Develop and own the regional social media strategy (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
Translate business goals into content pillars, funnels, and campaigns
Define monthly themes, campaign objectives, and KPIs
Plan and oversee paid + organic social strategies
Guide content and campaign teams with clear briefs and priorities
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
Optimise strategy based on data, insights, and results
Work closely with BD, sales, and leadership to support revenue goals
LinkedIn (B2B, trust, authority)
Instagram & Facebook (storytelling, recruitment, brand)
TikTok (talent, impact stories, employer branding)
YouTube Shorts / Reels (where relevant)
5-8 years experience in social media strategy or digital growth
Strong understanding of B2B and service-based marketing
Experience managing multi-market or regional accounts
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to lead without micromanaging
Clear communicator who can simplify strategy for execution teams
Clear strategy, consistent messaging, measurable growth
Social media contributes directly to leads, trust, and brand authority
