Social Media Project Manager (Creator Operations)
Job Description
Salt Talent Search is looking for a Creator Operations Project Manager for a 12 months contract role, The ideal candidate combines strong program management with creator and content judgment and regional market knowledge. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping workflows organized, coordinating partners and stakeholders, resolving blockers, and moving work efficiently from brief intake through review and final handoff.
What Will You Do:
- Coordinate day-to-day creator-content workflows across APAC, managing timelines, approvals, handoffs, and open items.
- Maintain clear trackers and visibility into markets, creator batches, content volumes, deadlines, and key risks.
- Review creator lists, localized briefs, and creator content against established criteria, providing clear feedback and approval/rejection rationale.
- Assess local relevance, cultural fit, language nuance, and alignment with approved guidance.
- Coordinate local-language reviews with internal market experts or external partners when needed.
- Improve trackers, templates, and workflows to make recurring operations more efficient and scalable.
- Leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of program operations, reporting, and execution
What Will You Need:
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, marketing operations, creator/influencer marketing, content operations, agency management, or related fields.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, deadlines, review cycles, and stakeholder groups.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners.
- Good judgment and attention to detail when reviewing creator profiles, social content, or localized marketing materials against defined criteria.
- Strong organization skills and experience maintaining trackers, project plans, or status reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give clear and concise feedback.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and in one or more APAC languages.
- Based in APAC and able to collaborate across APAC, and US working hours when required.
