Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Lead the growth and optimization of all primary social channels, converting market trends into high-performance, platform-specific content.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and interpret social data to track KPIs, providing actionable insights that inform future creative direction and channel spend.
- Scalable Content Systems: Develop and manage content frameworks that allow for rapid testing of narratives, formats, and distribution tactics.
- Cross-Functional Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to align social output with broader user acquisition, retention, and performance marketing goals.
- External Resource Management: Direct and brief external creators or agencies to ensure all high-volume visual assets align with strategic performance benchmarks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strategic Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, with a proven track record of scaling channel engagement.
- Data Proficiency: Strong ability to use analytical tools to measure reach and conversion, with a test-and-learn approach to content optimization.
- Platform Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of social media algorithms and how to leverage them for organic growth.
- Market Awareness: A proactive interest in staying ahead of digital culture, consumer behavior, and emerging industry trends.
- Technical Agility: Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and a solid understanding of how social content impacts SEO and digital discovery.
