As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content that showcases our design work, creative process, materials, concepts, and team culture. The role as a Social Media & Digital Marketer is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, passion for design, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling stories across social media, web, and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:Content Production
- Create visually compelling content including photos, videos, reels, client videos, before/after transformations, and mood boards.
- Develop written content for captions, blogs, newsletters, project descriptions, and case studies.
- Ensure all content aligns with the studio's brand identity and design aesthetic.
Social Media & Digital Platforms
- Plan and produce content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage content calendars and schedule postings.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
Project Documentation
- Attend site visits, design meetings, and office activities to capture behind-the-scenes content.
- Photograph and film completed projects and work closely with photographers/videographers when needed.
- Organize and maintain the studio's digital content library.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with designers to translate design concepts into engaging stories.
- Support the Marketing Manager in campaign development and execution.
- Contribute ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement.
Brand Development
- Maintain consistency across all visual and written communication.
- Assist in the design of marketing assets such as lookbooks, presentations, event materials, and portfolios.
- Keep up with design, lifestyle, and content trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of design, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Experience with photography, videography, and basic editing.
- Strong writing skills and ability to craft engaging copy.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- A portfolio showcasing past content work (required).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in interior design, architecture, lifestyle, or creative brands.
- Knowledge of SEO or blog writing.
- Ability to take direction from designers and translate concepts into visual content.
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
