• Write compelling copy (captions, hashtags, CTAs) and conceptualize ideas for multimedia formats like Reels, TikToks, memes, and XHS.

• Stay ahead of viral trends, news cycles, and competitor activities to keep content relevant.

• Track engagement metrics and refine strategies based on performance data.

• Partner with video and design teams to execute visual assets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.

• Ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).

• Highly organized yet creative capable of planning ahead while reacting quickly to real-time trends.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, ChatGPT, and Meta Business Suite.

• Previous experience growing a personal following or managing brand accounts.
