Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage and grow social media channels (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord) with engaging content and community interaction.
- Build, nurture, and moderate online communities to foster brand loyalty and user engagement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing and community metrics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, user segmentation, and data analysis.
- Plan and execute events, AMAs, webinars, and other community engagement activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
- Respond to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Web3 growth marketing, social media management, or community management.
- Strong understanding of Onchain trading platforms and DeFi
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, DeFillama, Dune).
- Creative thinker with ability to produce engaging content and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
