A day in life of a Malloy Social Media Marketing Intern

• Create 1-2 short-form videos per day from format that works + testing new format
• Content are mainly faceless videos + carousel posts for TikTok, Instagram
• Study winning formats, hooks, and trends from US creators
• Write scripts, edit content, publish it, and track the results
• Use CapCut or Premiere Pro alongside AI content-generation tools
• Turn successful posts into repeatable content series
• Track views, retention, shares, clicks, and sign-ups every week

Who we want

• Someone who likes to test unconventional content ideas
• Someone who understands US internet culture and short-form content
• Comfortable editing with CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Familiar with AI image, video, and content-generation tools
• More interested in making great content than talking about content
• Able to show proof of something you have created

Experience is not required. Some proof that you can make interesting content is.
