Who We Are Looking For
As Social Media Marketing Executive, he/she will be responsible for supporting end-to-end social media delivery across key platforms, from ideation and production to publishing and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
What Awaits You:
Content Creation & Execution
- Develop and execute short-form content aligned with campaign briefs and platform best practices.
- Support ideation, filming and editing while ensuring all outputs adhere to brand tone of voice, visual guidelines and integration with campaign key visuals (KV) for Facebook and Instagram.
Copywriting & Publishing
- Craft captions aligned to Watsons brand voice.
- Execute publishing across platforms with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of promotional messaging and mechanics.
XiaoHongShu (XHS)
- Localise and adapt content into Chinese (Simplified) for XHS.
- Create original XHS content, including product recommendations, lifestyle and discovery-led posts.
- Support development of platform-native content formats and apply keyword optimisation for discoverability.
Community Management Scope & Coverage
- Manage customer interactions across social platforms and Freshchat.
- Ensure timely, accurate responses while maintaining brand tone and service standards.
- Maintain logs (SAP, trackers) and ensure proper case tracking.
- Achieve Freshchat response KPI of within 2 minutes.
- Weekdays (Excluding Public Holidays)
- Office Hours (9:30am - 6:30pm): Daily community management with a minimum of 6 check-ins at the following times: 9:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm
- After Office Hours: Additional 2 check-ins at 9:00pm and 10:00pm
- Weekends & Public Holidays
- Community management coverage with 3 check-ins daily at: 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 10:00pm
Operations & Campaign Support
- Support day-to-day social media operations and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
Reporting Requirements
Monthly reporting to include:
- Total number of community management cases handled and resolved.
- Key themes, frequently asked questions, and insights
- Actionable recommendations to improve response efficiency and customer experience.
Any other adhoc duties as advised
We Are Excited About You If You Have:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Experience (if any) from related industries such as FMCG, health & beauty preferred
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Proactive, independent, and a self-starter
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to interact well with people from diverse cultures
- Team player
- Proficient in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram etc.) and digitally-inclined
- Strong organisational and time management skills
