Responsibilities

• Create engaging content tailored for the company's social media platforms to increase audience interaction
• Plan and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting
• Edit short-form videos and promotional materials using video editing software for digital platforms
• Design simple marketing visuals and creative content that align with brand messaging
• Monitor social media engagement and respond appropriately to foster community interaction
• Research and stay updated on social media trends to recommend innovative content ideas
• Support marketing campaigns by contributing creative content and assisting with related tasks as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Experience in social media content creation and video editing
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
• Creativity with a strong eye for design and storytelling
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
