Job Description

  • Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Meta for healthcare company
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (short-form videos, posts, infographics, stories, carousels, etc.).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and target audience preferences.
  • Manage daily posting, community interactions, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and feedback across platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns tailored to each platform.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) and optimise campaigns.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably across multiple platforms.
  • Proven success in growing brand presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Meta.
  • Strong content creation skills - copywriting, video editing (basic), and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, RED dashboards).
  • Ability to adapt tone and content for different cultural contexts (e.g. Western vs Chinese platforms).
