Social Media Marketing

• Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages promptly.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest new ideas for online engagement.

IT Backend Support

• Maintain and update the company website and internal systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
• Manage web hosting, domain, and email configurations.
• Support database management and data security measures.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.

Requirements

• Knowledge Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in social media management, preferably in service industries.
• Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and social media advertising.
• Basic IT skills including HTML, WordPress, or database management preferred.
• Creative, organised, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the security manpower industry is an advantage.
