Job Description:
- Plan and create short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit vertical videos aligned with platform trends.
- Structure content using Hook Core Message CTA.
- Manage and execute the content calendar across platforms.
- Schedule and publish content on platforms such as XHS, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Prepare creatives and support execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences on social media channels.
- Track social media performance and generate insights for improvement.
- Conduct social listening to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities.
- Track KPIs and campaign performance suggest improvements where necessary.
- Prepare reports on content performance and campaign results.
- Maintain dashboards for ongoing social media tracking.
- Support optimisation of content workflows and digital asset management
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Experience in video shooting and editing
- Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
- Understanding of different platform styles and formats (XHS, TikTok, IG & Youtube Shorts)
- Organised, proactive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Being comfortable appearing on camera occasionally would be an advantage.
- Willing to work overtime during critical periods as and when required
- Able to complete tasks within deadlines and work well under pressure
- Good problem solving skill and negotiation skill
- Result orientated in a fast pace and multi-task environment
- Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs after office hours
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time
- 6 working days per week
