Job Description

Dynamics Therapy Group (DTG) and Dynamics International School (DIS) form an integrated ecosystem delivering therapy-informed education and multidisciplinary intervention services in Singapore.

We provide psychological, occupational, speech and language, and counselling services alongside a therapy-integrated international school model. Our work supports neurodiverse learners, families, and professionals through evidence-informed, human-centred practice.

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to strengthen our brand visibility, community engagement, and market growth across our therapy practices and school.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a driven marketing professional (or strong recent graduate) who is passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and community outreach.

You will lead and coordinate marketing and social media initiatives across:

. Dynamics Therapy Group practices

. Dynamics International School

. Early Intervention Programme (EIP)

You will work closely with top management and collaborate across therapy, academic, and administrative teams to build a cohesive, compelling brand presence. This is a hands-on role with both strategic and execution responsibilities - perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, creativity, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop, manage, and grow social media platforms (content planning, copywriting, visuals, scheduling, analytics.
  • Create and update engaging website and social content aligned with brand positioning.
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and monitor performance.
  • Work with design vendors or internal teams to develop promotional materials and digital assets.
  • Research competitors and identify differentiation opportunities.

Brand & Growth Development

  • Actively identify and pursue opportunities to grow market share across therapy and education services.
  • Develop structured outreach processes for former clients and inquiry leads to increase conversion.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Submit monthly marketing progress reports to management.
  • Track KPIs such as engagement, inquiries, and conversion metrics.
  • Recommend improvements to branding, positioning, and outreach strategy.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Media Design, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related disciplines and/or Relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, communications, outreach, or social media management.
