About the Role

Kazuya is looking for a creative, driven, and motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence across multiple platforms and bringing fresh, engaging ideas to life!

This position is primarily work-from-home. You will only need to come to work on-site when required!

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Creation

Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, including copy, graphics, videos, and multimedia.

Manage content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu.

Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and objectives.

Platform Management

Manage day-to-day posting schedules and content calendars.

Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and best practices to maximise engagement.

Creative Execution

Handle photo and video shoots, including camera handling and lighting setup.

Edit content using tools such as Adobe Suite (for design/photo/video) and Canva.

Requirements

Diploma in Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.

No prior working experience required fresh graduates are welcome :)

Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Familiar with major social media platforms

Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (video & photo editing) and Canva.

Comfortable handling a camera and basic lighting setups.

Good design sense and visual awareness.
