Role Overview
We are looking for a crypto-native Social Media Manager to own and scale our digital presence across key social platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role will shape and execute insight-led content strategies that strengthen brand positioning, grow community engagement, and support lead generation initiatives.
You will act as the steward of the brand's voice, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact across all channels. The role covers the full social and content lifecyclefrom planning and executing high-impact social campaigns to managing editorial calendars, supporting email initiatives, and contributing to long-form, SEO-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute social media strategy across platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice
- Partner closely with the Marketing Lead to align social and content initiatives with broader marketing goals and campaigns
- Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars across multiple channels, tailoring formats and messaging for each platform
- Write and edit high-quality copy for social posts, email marketing, websites, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. speakers, sponsors, business teams, community) to support their objectives through targeted content
- Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion
- Report on key KPIs, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness
- Conduct competitor and landscape analysis, staying up to date with trends across crypto, web3, AI, and fintech
- Keep pace with platform updates, social trends, and digital marketing best practices
- Support wider marketing campaigns with timely, on-brand content delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- 35 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related role
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and detail
- Proven experience building content strategies that drive engagement and audience growth across social platforms
- Hands-on experience with social analytics tools and performance reporting
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, proactive, and creative problem-solver
- Highly self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Solid understanding of crypto, web3, or AI ecosystems (strong advantage)
