Job Description

We are looking for a hungry, creative, high-ownership Social Media Manager & Content Creator who wants to prove themselves inside a fast-moving, founder-led health start-up. This is not a passive scheduling role.

You will be in the room. At shoots, in clinic - with founders, with clients. Capturing real moments, shaping narrative, editing at pace, activating content across platforms, and turning trends in health, wellness & longevity into brand-building storytelling.

You understand that great social content is not just posting. It is brand building. It is culture building. It is fan building. You are obsessed with elevating the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Brand-Led Social Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with NOVI Health's brand & marketing objectives
  • Translate brand pillars into recurring content series and platform-specific formats
  • Identify cultural, health & longevity trends and convert them into relevant, high-impact content
  • Align social storytelling with campaigns, launches, events & clinic milestones
  • Own the social content calendar and publishing rhythm

Content Creation, Capture & Editing

  • Capture content in-clinic, at events, and with founders and team members
  • Create short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube Shorts
  • Develop educational, aspirational & founder-led content that builds authority and trust
  • Edit video content natively for platform performance
  • Ensure all content reflects a premium, science-led & human brand experience
  • Balance trend-led formats with brand-first storytelling

This role is hands-on. You will shoot, edit, caption & publish.

Social Platform Management & Activation

  • Manage platform access, posting workflows & community engagement
  • Optimise captions, hashtags & content formats for reach and conversion
  • Maintain platform hygiene and consistency across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube & emerging platforms
  • Support amplification through paid collaboration where relevant

Community & Brand Building

  • Monitor comments, messages & engagement with professionalism & warmth
  • Turn followers into fans through conversation & education
  • Actively participate in relevant online discussions in health, wellness & longevity
  • Support brand advocacy and user-generated content initiatives

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares & conversion indicators
  • Produce monthly performance reports with insights & clear optimisation actions
  • Test formats, hooks & content structures to improve results over time
  • Use insights to inform future content planning

Influencer & Strategic Collaborations

  • Identify aligned creators, experts & partners in the longevity & wellness space
  • Support outreach, briefing & performance tracking
  • Ensure all collaborations are brand-aligned and premium in execution

Who You Are

  • 2 to 4 years experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
  • Highly proactive & comfortable in a start-up environment
  • Strong video editing skills for short-form content
  • Confident capturing content in real-world settings
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn content mechanics
  • Interested in health, wellness, longevity & preventative care
  • Organised, fast, detail-oriented & comfortable working independently
  • Excited to build something meaningful, not just manage posts
