Job Description
- Client Servicing & Scope Management Liaison with client on project deliverables, monthly social media briefs and ad-hoc requests. Build rapport with clients and be the main point of contact with client stakeholders. Uphold professional communications including client-facing meetings and presentations. Ensure KPIs are progressively met. Track monthly deliverables and ensure accurate tallies on clients retainer utilization. Proactively manage and provide advisory to clients on the retainer utilisation. Facilitate monthly billable to the accounts.
- Social Media Strategy Interpret client brief, research, data mine, plan, develop and design social media activations, campaigns and/or editorial calendar that meets business and/or campaign objectives. Demonstrate innovation and creativity in content creation. Keep up with industry trends, platform features, current affairs, competitors activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Content Management Manage assets, monthly editorial calendars and oversee publishing schedules.
- Social Media Ad Planning & Buying Propose and execute social media amplification to support the overall strategy that meets campaign objectives. Monitor, optimise, track and report ad performances. Manage the social media budget and allocate resources appropriately in order to meet KPIs.
- Analytics Analyse social data/metrics, crystalise insights and apply learnings into best practices and/or improve strategies and tactics. Generate monthly, campaign, quarterly and annual social media performance reports as required. Deliver insights and learnings to make informed decisions for editorial calendar development in order to achieve KPIs.
- Community Management Oversee the day-to-day queries and interactions with page fans and/or social media users. Support and facilitate clients to uphold the standards of social customer care and ensure response time meets clients expectations.
- Influencer Engagement Manage influence engagement campaigns on ad-hoc basis, including casting of influencer(s) for content creations. Influencer engagement ideation, profiling, crafting of brief and liaising with influencers to achieve the client's objectives.
- Managerial Duties Effectively lead junior team members with clear communications, structured organisation, proactive feedback and guidance. Actively support and mentor subordinates with opportunities for growth and personal development. Handle conflicts maturely and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
- New Business Participate in new business initiatives, from identifying opportunities to pitch development, brainstorm and presentations
- Internal marketing Be involved in internal marketing initiatives and suggest creative ideas for the company
- Project management Take the lead in projects assigned and ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Build positive relationships with the internal stakeholders and clients whilst up keeping clear, concise, professional communication. Support the Account Director in coordinating and liaising between media agency, clients, and creative team to put together these calendars on time and on brief.
