Innerworkcircle is a personal transformation and inner work brand creating content, experiences, and community around deep human growth.

As Singapore gears up for major cultural moments like the Singapore Grand Prix 2026 - F1 Race and the Singapore International Film Festival, we're launching our own Movie Screening - designed to connect personal mastery, performance psychology, and cinematic storytelling.

We're seeking a Social Media Manager who can ride this momentum and elevate our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Mission of the Role

Grow our social audience, expand engagement, and craft content that aligns with our inner work ethos - while building hype leading up to the Movie Screening.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, create, and publish daily posts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Translate inner work and transformation themes into compelling short-form video content.

Trend Monitoring

  • Identify viral trends, sounds, and storytelling formats relevant to personal mastery and transformation.

Platform Optimization

  • Write strong hooks, captions, and CTAs.

  • Select visuals and hashtags that maximize reach and retention.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments and DMs daily.

  • Build meaningful interactions within our community.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track audience growth, reach, watch time, retention, shares, and engagement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Outreach Lead for creator partnerships and cross-promotions.

  • Support social storytelling around:

  • The F1 Movie Screening Event

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience growing TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts accounts.

  • Strong copywriting for hooks and captions.

  • Deep understanding of short-form content algorithms.

  • Basic video editing (preferred, not mandatory).

  • Strong affinity for personal mastery and transformation content.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage fast-paced content cycles.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields (preferred).

  • 2+ years experience in social media management or a strong portfolio.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, etc.).
