About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead our English-language social media presence. You will be responsible for growing our following, building brand awareness, and creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience across key platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy across key English-language platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including posts, graphics, short-form videos, and campaign materials
• Grow our follower base and engagement metrics through consistent and creative content output
• Monitor social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to continuously improve content strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and BD to align social content with business goals and campaign timelines
• Track and report on key performance metrics including follower growth, reach, engagement rate, and content performance
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong English writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content
• Proven track record of growing social media followings and building brand awareness
• Familiar with major social platforms and their content formats including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Data-driven approach with experience tracking and analysing social media performance metrics
• Ability to read written Chinese is a plus, to support content adaptation from existing Chinese-language source materials.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple content streams simultaneously

Preferred:

• Experience in crypto, fintech, Web3, or financial services industry
• Experience working with KOLs or influencers for content amplification
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Experience with short-form video content creation
