Job Overview:
As a Social Media Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage our social media presence and support recruitment efforts by attracting, engaging, and screening potential candidates. You'll work closely with leadership and the recruitment team to strengthen our employer brand and expand our talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Branding (Core Responsibility)
- Manage and grow managers online presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and publish content that builds personal branding and recruitment appeal.
- Engage with followers, reply to comments, and respond to candidate DMs - including after office hours when needed.
- Monitor trends and optimize content to attract high-quality candidates.
Recruitment & Talent Outreach
- Actively source, approach, and engage potential candidates via social media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and direct messaging.
- Build relationships with prospects and nurture them through the recruitment process.
- Follow up consistently and drive candidates from interest to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and improve outreach performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends to improve outreach and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align recruitment messaging with hiring needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interest and confidence in social media, branding, and online engagement.
- Comfortable being active online and replying to messages outside normal work hours when required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to persuade, excite, and influence candidates.
- Hustler mindset - proactive, resourceful, and driven by outcomes.
- Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in insurance is a bonus but not required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Singaporean/PR only.
- Local diploma is required.
- Recruitment bonus incentive will be given for successful candidate placements.
