Social Media Executive

IN SUMMARY:

Krei Digital is looking for an ambitious Social Media Executive to join our team. As the social media landscape changes and adapts, this role puts you at the forefront of it. It is a multidisciplinary role that integrates account management skills, as well as content producing and editing for vertical video content.

You'll be working on a range of clients, including Singapore and global based food brands, lifestyle brands, and restaurants. As long as you can juggle projects and immerse yourself in the realm of social media, you'll fit right in!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives and identify trends that make videos viral
• Collaborate with and lead the creative team across platforms like Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
• Able to lead and work with the creative team to execute social campaigns across TikTok & Instagram, inclusive of vetting campaign content and copy
• Supporting and leading TikTok Livestream sessions, tying in the effectiveness of TikTok videos and our clients sales
• Client liaison: You will be confident in handling clients, listening to their needs, and responding with well informed, precise responses - you are the social media expert and they are looking to you to lead them
• Content Calendars: Being responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content calendars to achieve our business goals by ensuring timelines are kept on track
• Optimisation is absolutely key and something you'll naturally take into consideration; you can produce a content calendar blindfolded
• Social media content planning and creation: Planning and writing posts across all social channels will be a large part of your job, so copywriting and sensibility around true tone of voice is something we can't compromise on
• Manage KOL partnerships and ensure timely content delivery
• Deliver monthly data reports and analyses for clients

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 1 year experience working at a social media agency or in the marketing industry
• Active presence on social media channels
• Strong understanding of current social media trends
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple projects
• Self-motivated and independent working style

GOOD-TO-HAVE:

• Extroverted personality and ability to communicate with clients
• Ability to edit and produce video content
• Execution of viral social media videos and campaigns
• Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of paid social strategies

Moon Social is Krei's sister brand that specialises in producing fast vertical video content with the aim of growing our clients TikTok pages, create Spark ads that convert or support TikTok shops in selling.

LOCATION & WORKING HOURS:

Our creative studio is located at 62 Ubi Road 1, #06-06, Oxley Bizhub 2. This is a full-time role where office and hybrid working options are available with 2 days work from home.
