Ingrid Design is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Executive / Manager to join our team.
This role is suitable for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating content, and is confident in managing clients, planning campaigns and coordinating production work.
Key Responsibilities
. Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
. Write captions, content angles, hooks and campaign messages
. Research the latest social media trends, formats and platform updates
. Develop content ideas that are relevant to each client's brand and audience
. Liaise with clients on content planning, feedback and approvals
. Schedule posts and ensure content goes out on time
. Coordinate photo and video shoots, including brief preparation and shoot planning
. Work closely with designers and videographer
. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
. Plan and propose basic ad buy strategies for Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms
. Prepare monthly reports and recommendations
Requirements
. Experience in social media content planning and client servicing
. Strong writing skills for captions, hooks and campaign copy
. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
. Able to spot trends and translate them into brand-relevant content
. Organised, responsible and able to manage timelines
. Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams
. Able to coordinate shoots and production details
. Basic understanding of paid social media ads will be an advantage
. Agency experience will be preferred
