Content and digital marketing play a central role in JNA's ecosystem. Through platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, JNA builds brand authority, generates inbound leads, and attracts new agents into the organisation.

Why This Role Exists

JNA's marketing ecosystem relies heavily on consistent, high-quality content production across multiple platforms and business units. As the brand continues to grow, the demand for engaging and well-structured content also increases.

The Social Media & Content Executive ensures that content creation, planning, and publishing operate smoothly across the company's platforms, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning

- Develop and create social media content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Plan and maintain a structured monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and events

2. Design & Thumbnails

- Design YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics using Canva or similar design tools
- Ensure all visuals align with JNA's brand identity and design guidelines
- Assist in preparing marketing collaterals when required

3. Social Media Posting & Platform Management

- Upload, schedule, and manage posts across JNA's social media platforms
- Write clear and engaging captions aligned with the brand's tone of voice
- Maintain consistency with the planned content posting schedule

4. ShortForm Video Creation

- Plan, shoot, and edit shortform videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Produce engaging content for home tours, JNA events, educational content, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Apply captions, music, and transitions using CapCut or similar editing tools
- Ensure videos meet JNA's visual and brand standards

5. Content Review & Quality Control

- Review video and visual content before publishing
- Check captions, subtitles, thumbnails, and formatting
- Ensure all content meets brand and platform standards

6. Instagram Management

- Repost relevant Instagram Stories from agents, events, and company activities
- Ensure reposted content remains professional and aligned with JNA's brand image

Must Have

- Interest in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Familiarity with shortform video editing (Reels / TikTok)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced marketing environment

Nice to Have

- Prior experience managing social media accounts
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or FinalCut
- Familiarity with the real estate industry
