We make brands, campaigns, content and social work that people actually want to look at, with plenty of curiosity, collaboration and laughs along the way.

We're looking for a Social Media Executive who understands what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention and engage. You'll work closely with the creative and account teams to plan, create and manage social content across different brands, while keeping a close eye on trends, conversations and what's happening online.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms
• Develop content ideas, social angles and platform specific executions
• Write captions, social copy and simple content briefs
• Work with creatives and content producers to bring ideas to life
• Publish, schedule and manage day to day social content
• Monitor trends, conversations and emerging formats
• Track content performance and turn insights into recommendations
• Support community management and respond to comments where required
• Keep up with platform updates and best practices
• Help ensure every piece of content feels relevant to both the brand and its audience

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and culture
• Good writing skills with a sharp eye for tone and detail
• Curious, proactive and always aware of what people are talking about
• Able to turn trends and insights into relevant content ideas
• Comfortable juggling multiple brands and timelines
• A good team player who enjoys working closely with creatives, producers and account teams
• Bonus if you have experience with social reporting, paid media or content production
