Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for content creation, platform operations, and audience engagement to strengthen brand awareness and online influence.
The ideal candidate is familiar with content-driven platforms and has a strong understanding of social media trends, especially in short-form video and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook)
- Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives
- Create engaging content including short videos, posts, captions, and visual materials
- Monitor social media performance and optimize content based on data insights
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral topics, and platform algorithms
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and promotions
- Work with KOLs / influencers for collaborations and content amplification
- Track and report key performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion where applicable)
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media or content-related roles
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Basic skills in content creation (video editing, copywriting, visual design)
- Strong sense of trends, creativity, and storytelling ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content streams
