- Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as catalogues, product packaging, collaterals, and accessories
- Translate marketing needs into compelling creative concepts
- Manage projects from design to delivery, ensuring timelines are met
- Collaborate with the team while being able to work independently when needed
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns and advertisements
- Write engaging captions and content for social media posts
- Support photography and videography for digital campaigns
- Track and analyse social media campaign performance, providing insights for improvement
- Carry out other duties as required
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Photography and video editing skills required TikTok editing a plus
- Strong sense of design aesthetics, with creativity and versatility in style
- Copywriting skills will be an added advantage
- Familiar with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
