Job Summary: The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role involves creating high-quality content, managing social media accounts, collaborating with influencers, analysing performance metrics, and conducting competitor analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to ensure content aligns with their brand and marketing goals, and collaborate in a way that puts client satisfaction and creative digital storytelling first.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop compelling and creative social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and values.

Social Media Management:

Audience Growth and Engagement:

Social Media Advertising:

• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.

Social Media Calendar and Reporting:

• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Prepare regular reports on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Present findings and insights to management to refine the strategy.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

Crisis Management:

• Respond promptly and professionally to any negative feedback or crises on social media.

Social Media Trends and Platform Updates:
