Responsibilities
- Manage social media communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule and publish daily/weekly posts according to the content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and adapt tone of voice to platform and audience.
- Monitor DMs, comments, and community interactions, ensuring timely responses.
- Track sentiment, engagement levels, and feedback to improve community health.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on follower growth, engagement rate, and reach.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign alignment.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in social media or community management.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (knowledge of Mandarin/Malay/Tamil an advantage).
- Familiar with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about engaging online audiences.
