We're looking for a Social Content Specialist who understands that feeds move fast, formats evolve weekly, and great ideas don't wait for perfect conditions. You'll sit at the intersection of culture, creativity, and craft, turning strategies into scroll-stopping, share-worthy content.

The RoleYou'll be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and executing social-first content across platforms, working closely with strategists, creatives, and clients to ensure every post has a point of view, a purpose, and a pulse.
From snackable reels to thoughtful carousels, from reactive moments to planned campaignsyou know how to make brands feel human in real time.
What You'll Do- Translate brand strategies into social-first content ideas that work natively across platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, emerging spaces).
- Create and adapt content formats: short-form videos, static posts, carousels, stories, captions, and light motion.
- Write captions that sound like humans, not brochuresclear, sharp, culturally fluent.
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform behavioursand know which ones are worth jumping on (and which aren't).
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Account teams to bring integrated ideas to life on social.
- Plan and manage content calendars while staying flexible for reactive and real-time moments.
- Work with creators, influencers, and community managers when needed.
- Review performance metrics and optimise content based on what actually worksnot vanity numbers.
What We're Looking For- 24 years of experience in social content creation (agency or brand side).
- Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, and internet culture.
- Confident with short-form video thinking (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Solid writing skills with a sharp sense of tone and brand voice.
- A natural sense of timing, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Organised enough to manage multiple brands, agile enough to pivot fast.
- Curious, collaborative, and comfortable with feedback.
- Bonus: basic video editing, motion, or design skills.
What Success Looks Like (First 3 Months)- Fully onboarded onto assigned brands and their social ecosystems.
- Able to independently plan and execute social content with guidance.
- Contributing ideas in brainstormsnot just executing orders.
- Creating content that feels on-brand, on-time, and on-point.
- Earning trust from the team through consistency, craft, and care.
