Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly capable Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist to help us build a powerful, industry-leading brand presence. This is a hands-on, all-rounded role combining video content creation, social media management, and strategic marketing.

What You'll Do

1. Content Creation (Core Responsibility)

Plan, film and edit videos for:

• Instagram Reels

• TikTok

• YouTube

• Floral tutorials and tips

• Behind-the-scenes studio moments

• Events, workshops and brand activations

• Educational and storytelling content

2. Manage and grow Flowers by Terra's social media presence across:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube (short-form)

3. Translate brand goals into content and marketing strategies

4. Support launches, workshops and key campaigns through organic marketing

5. Build content funnels that nurture trust and authority before conversion
