Responsibilities:
Trend Monitoring & Ideation
- Monitor TikTok trends, viral formats, sounds, and challenges daily.
- Propose creative content ideas aligned with trending topics and brand messaging.
- Translate trends into relevant and engaging content concepts for the brand.
Content Creation
- Plan, film, and edit short-form TikTok videos.
- Create entertaining, authentic, and highly shareable content designed for virality.
- Experiment with different storytelling formats such as skits, reactions, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Performance-Oriented Creativity
- Develop content aimed at achieving high impressions, engagement, and shares.
- Continuously test different hooks, captions, formats, and video styles to optimise reach.
Social Media Execution
- Assist in publishing TikTok videos and writing engaging captions.
- Use trending hashtags, sounds, and editing styles to increase discoverability.
Analytics & Insights
- Track video performance including views, engagement rate, and shares.
- Analyse which content performs best and recommend ideas to improve future content.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand campaigns and product launches.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative marketing ideas.
Requirements:
- Highly creative with strong awareness of TikTok culture and trends.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and producing content.
- Fast-moving, experimental and willing to test new ideas.
- Strong sense of humour and storytelling.
- Be able to edit videos with CapCut
