About the Role
We're looking for a creative, self-motivated content creator to join our team.
In this role, you'll work closely with Nikki Hunt to translate her design philosophy into engaging, educational, and visually striking content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
You'll help shape a growing online community interested in the intersection of design, science, and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, designer, and digital native - someone who can simplify complex ideas into social content that feels intelligent, beautiful, and shareable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a daily content calendar (approximately 7 posts per week) alternating between graph-based static posts and short-form videos of Nikki discussing key themes.
- Plan and produce content inspired by ideas around sensory design, stress, health, and the environments we build.
- Edit short video reels optimized for engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Write concise, accessible captions that connect design, science, and everyday life.
- Schedule and manage posts across channels while maintaining visual consistency and brand tone.
- Track performance metrics and audience engagement to refine content direction.
- Collaborate directly with Nikki on ideation, shoot planning, and messaging.
Requirements
- Some experience or strong interest in social media content creation, design, or video production (1-2 years preferred but not required).
- Proven ability or potential to produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Skilled in or eager to learn design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Curious and experimental mindset toward emerging AI creative tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or Invideo) and a desire to integrate them into content workflows.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience experimenting with AI-assisted video, imagery, or copy generation.
- A strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate abstract ideas into visuals.
- Interest in design and wellness.
- Chosen candidate must be Singaporean or a permanent resident.
