We are looking for a Social Media Content & Account Executive (1-Year Contract) to support our clients social media accounts through on-the-ground content gathering, day-to-day account coordination, and content ideation with the team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the ground, spotting content opportunities, supporting client communications, and helping turn real moments into social media content that is relevant, timely, and engaging.
You will work closely with the internal team across account management, strategy, creative, and production to support the planning and execution of social media content for our clients.
Attend client events, activations, site visits, community programmes, and other on-ground activities
Capture lightweight social media content such as mobile photos, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes moments, and event coverage
Identify timely and relevant content opportunities on the ground
Support content collection for day-to-day posting and campaign needs
Work alongside internal creatives, videographers, photographers, and designers when required
Support the day-to-day management of client social media accounts
Assist with content scheduling, coordination, and publishing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or others where relevant
Help manage content calendars, posting timelines, and approval processes
Coordinate revisions, feedback, and final approvals with internal team members and clients
Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with client objectives
Act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients on content-related matters
Coordinate with clients on upcoming content opportunities, schedules, deliverables, and requests
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to ensure smooth project flow
Support meeting follow-ups, status updates, and general account servicing
Help ensure client expectations, feedback, and changes are communicated clearly to the internal team
Work with the team to brainstorm and develop social media content ideas for clients
Contribute ideas for timely, trend-relevant, and audience-appropriate content
Support the adaptation of ideas into practical on-ground executions
Collaborate with strategists, creatives, editors, and producers to bring ideas to life
Stay aware of social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
Assist in tracking content performance and compiling monthly reporting data
Support content organisation, file management, and asset archiving
Help maintain clear records of deliverables, timelines, and approvals
Provide general administrative support for account and content-related matters where needed
1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, account servicing, digital marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with major social media platforms and content formats
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable capturing content on mobile devices for social media use
Enjoys being on the ground and spotting content opportunities in real time
Has an eye for social media-friendly content and storytelling
Confident in working with clients and internal teams
Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
Able to balance execution, communication, and coordination effectively
