Role Purpose
From a social media perspective, this role focuses on producing engaging, high-quality content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, with an emphasis on short-form video, photography, and creative visuals. The role also includes assisting with photoshoot planning and execution, keeping up with current trends, and supporting the wider content strategy to build a strong, consistent brand presence online. In addition, it involves managing community engagement by responding to followers and fostering connections on social platforms.
From a marketing perspective, this role contributes to campaign ideation and execution, copywriting, and creative development for EDMs, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring that all marketing touchpoints are cohesive, engaging, and aligned with the brand's identity.
1. Social Media Content Creation
- Produce and edit short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Stories) showcasing products, promotions, and in-store experiences.
- Take and edit product photos/videos in-store for daily/weekly posting.
- Ensure content is attractive, on-trend, and aligned with Happy Life's brand identity.
2. Store-Level Content Support
- Capture authentic content of customers, new arrivals, or special displays directly in-store.
- Assist in styling and setup for product showcases.
3. Creative Ideas & Campaigns
- Suggest and execute engaging concepts (e.g., challenges, giveaways, seasonal campaigns) to make Happy Life stand out.
- Identify trending formats and adapt them for Happy Life products.
4. Influencer & Collaboration Outreach
- Research, identify, and engage with relevant influencers on social media whose audiences align with Happy Life's target customers.
- Explore potential business and influencer collaborations, such as product seeding, giveaways, store visits, or joint campaigns, to expand reach and drive awareness.
- Coordinate and track collaboration activities to ensure they support sales and branding goals.
5. Copywriting & Captions
- Write catchy captions for TikTok, Instagram, and in-store promotions.
- Use simple, clear messaging to attract customers attention and drive footfall.
6. Community Engagement
- Reply to DMs and comments on TikTok/Instagram.
- Proactively engage with local followers to strengthen customer connection.
7. Sales & Awareness Support
- Promote in-store deals, bundles, and membership perks through content.
- Support campaigns that increase store footfall and customer retention.
