Our client is looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media & Digital Sales Strategist to support content creation, digital marketing, online sales activities, and e-commerce platform management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining social media strategy, content production, marketplace management, and digital sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Develop, create, and schedule engaging social media content across the company website and social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Adapt content to suit different channels and audience segments
Create short-form videos and product beauty shots for social media content
Craft content for mailers, print ads, and email campaigns
Design digital assets such as web graphics, banners, and layouts to enhance online presence and engagement
Assist in creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
Handle online sales activities, including quotation preparation, invoicing, email enquiry follow-up, and after-sales service
Maintain the company's e-commerce platforms, including WordPress, Lazada, and Shopee
Participate in and manage Lazada and Shopee sales campaigns
Work closely with the SEO and SEM teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader digital marketing goals
Act as the main point of contact for social media agencies, influencer agencies, and creative partners
Communicate campaign briefs, timelines, budgets, and expectations clearly
Review and provide feedback on agency proposals, content drafts, and performance reports
Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable influencers / KOLs aligned with brand objectives
Liaise with influencers regarding collaboration discussions, deliverables, timelines, and content requirements
Track influencer performance and ROI
Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy and generate fresh ideas
Contribute ideas to user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion
Manage LinkedIn and Meta Ads
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Build community engagement and encourage user-generated content
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Support creation of catalogues and technical specifications for new products
Perform simple product drawing edits using AutoCAD
Diploma in Arts, Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and Adobe Photoshop for photo editing
Basic AutoCAD skills (drafting and minor amendments)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with website content management, including pricing and product information updates
Basic business administration knowledge
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of design aesthetics with a creative flair and passion for design
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Meticulous, organized, and able to work with urgency
Takes initiative and is eager to learn
Strong copywriting skills
Social media savvy
