The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Brand & Content Manager who lives at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven growth. Your mission is simple but ambitious: ensure every parent in Singapore knows Ottodot as the gold standard for gamified learning.
You will own our brand's voice and the organic engines (Social & SEO) that power our funnel. You aren't just posting contentyou are building a community and an organic lead-generation machine. While we embrace a remote-first culture, this role is the face of our brand; you will be expected to lead and manage our physical pop-ups, school events, and parent workshops across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Define and execute the Top of Mind strategy. How do we show up in parent WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and TikTok feeds
- Organic Social Engine: Own our presence on IG, TikTok, and Facebook. Lead content creation that balances fun for kids with educational value for parents.
- Physical Events & Activations: Plan and execute offline brand experiences. Whether it's a booth at an education fair or a community event at a mall, you will be on-site to drive brand awareness and capture leads in person.
- SEO & Content Hub: Build an organic lead machine. Identify the keywords parents are searching for (e.g., PSLE Science open-ended questions) and create the content that wins those clicks.
- Community & Word-of-Mouth: Turn our current parents into brand ambassadors. Manage referral loops and organic engagement to drive inbounds.
- Performance Synergy: Work closely with the growth team to ensure organic efforts are lowering our overall CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Your KPIs (Success Metrics)
- Leading Indicators: Consistent MoM growth in organic follower counts and engagement rates.
- Lagging Indicators: Growth in organic leads and a measurable decrease in overall CPL of paid ads due to increased brand equity.
- Offline Conversion: Lead capture rates and brand recall from physical events.

- The Singapore Expert: You understand the local education landscape (MOE, PSLE culture) and how to speak to Singaporean parents authentically.
- Event Ready: You have the energy to manage physical events and enjoy interacting with parents and students face-to-face.
- The Full-Stack Creator: You can write a compelling blog post for SEO one hour and script a viral TikTok the next.
- Startup Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and Bias for Action. You prefer testing an idea quickly over a three-month planning cycle.
